Wine Tasting Guidelines

Pour It Again Sam’s Wine Den

For a Fee of $35.00 per person, you can host a wine tasting at Pour it Again Sam’s Wine Den. We will provide samples of several different types of wines for the tasting (wine only). For each person that purchase wine will receive a $5.00 credit towards their order. The host of the tasting will receive an additional $5.00 credit for each order place at the tasting.

Wine Tasting Timeline: For tasting of 10 – 15 people, the maximum time of the tasting is 2 hours. For tasting with 15+ people, the maximum time of the tasting is 4 hours. There will be an additional charge of $5.00 per person, per hour for each hour over the time limit.

Note: All alcohol must be purchased or supplied by Pour It Again Sam.

Remote Wine tasting’s

For a Fee of $45.00 per person, We will come to your location and provide samples of several different types of wines for the tasting(wine only). For each person that purchase wine will receive a $5.00 credit towards their order. The host of the tasting will receive an additional $5.00 credit for each order place at the tasting.

For wine tasting’s over fifty (50) miles from our office location, there may be additional charges for overnight accommodations and travel expenses.

Note: Wine tasting at a remote location, the host is responsible for all permit and rental fees that may apply.

Fees are non refundable but can be transferred to a later wine tasting date within months of the original date of the scheduled wine tasting.

Fees must be received 30 days before the date of the wine tasting in full.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, or checks.

Wine brokers responsibility – If the wine broker fails to arrive for the wine tasting on the day scheduled, the client will receive his/her deposit back by mail within one week. The client will also receive a credit valued at $100.00, this credit will go toward a future wine purchase only. Tax and shipping are not included in the credit.
